"I wanted to write you a quick thank you for the system that BLRS has provided to us. It is worth mentioning again that this is a "perfect" tool for any restaurant that wants to save or should I say "make" money. For years I knew what would be helpful to aid me in doing the grunt work to get the best price for similar items from my purveyors. Quite honestly I had a hard time believing it was as easy as you claimed it to be. Once I went through it and heard back from my salesman there was no question this was a good thing for my business. I no longer have to go through the tedious task of walking through every item with my salesman. Are you kidding me?! I give them the list. We sample any products that we need to. They then list my products (apples to apples/oranges to oranges) with their competitor and give me their best price. With a click of the mouse I choose like items knowing I am getting the best price each and every time. Then on top of that your program gives me the ability to override the best price if I choose to go with a superior product. Perfect. The only problem I have is that I didn't take the time to invest in creating the program myself. The money I have saved is extremely tangible for me to see.
