Bottom Line restaurant solutions was founded in 2007 by an independent restaurant owner who became upset by his food and product cost's. He was told by his main vendor's rep
that there was nothing they could do about the pricing.
After hiring another purveyor he realized that he would soon be in the same situation if things didn’t change. Since he was still ordering products from both the new vendor and the old vendor he decided to see how badly the competing vendors wanted his business. He began to track his purchases using paper and pencil from the competing vendors.
He saved hundreds of dollars on his very first bi-weekly order which went directly to his bottom line.
His eyes were opened. Once the competing vendors realized they were in fact competing for his business they began to aggressively lower prices to retain his business.
